Yes I think we all have felt like that when we were first diagnosed but after researching about our condition we feel much better. What is specifically bothering you? Maybe we can help xx

Welcome Victoria. I knew that I had pcos very early due to lack of periods so over time I have got used to the idea. Verity is great for support and advice (doctors not always so good). Gem is right let us know what you are worried about (fertility, pcos symptoms etc) and ask any questions you need to. There are also lots of good books out there about pcos which help you deal with it. Knowing more about pcos makes me feel empowered and less worried about it. Take care.

Dear Katss,

Could you recommend me a good PCOS book, please? I am looking for one that explains which foods to eat and which to avoid, as well as discussing natural remedies like herbal teas.

Thanks,

Lianne
