What shall I do?

I have tried slimming world, weight watchers etc. I have come to the conclusion that I find them too time consuming, counting points, weighing, cooking from scratch every day which I do not have time for. Can anyone recommend a basic healthy eating plan, that works, does not involve counting points?

I would eat 6 small meals a day and avoid carbs at night so it will keep your metabolism high. In my view a little bit of everything is ok, as soon as you start cutting out stuff you then want it and don't think of it as a diet, just increase the veg to make your portion size look larger (as a lot of it is mental I think) and use smaller plates.
