appylou - wow what a rude sonographer! But fabulous news that baby is doing great and well done on choosing a name! We're team blue as well and really struggling for names.

ellie -yay for a great 20 week scan. I'm doing yoga as well, only done 2 sessions but met some other ladies who are due at the same time, so it's nice to meet some mummies to be. You must be shattered with all the travel, how long will you have to do that for?

fitch hope you're getting on ok?

Has everyone started buying anything yet? I am so rubbish at making decisions!

Love to all xx

Hi everyone so sorry I haven't been on here for ages I broke my iPhone at the same time our laptop died so have had no internet for ages!!!! Felt like I was living in the dark ages!!! :-) laptop still not up and running so can't really scroll back far as on my iPhone!!

Appylou - how rude!!! I get told that I am hard to scan due to adipose tissue (fat) but I am only a small size 10 so ??? Glad everything went well and congratulations on a boy!!!

Joanna - hey how are you doing!!?? Don't Think I said but congratulations on having a boy!!! I personally don't like buying anything until right at the end (didn't buy anything or even look until about 34wks last time!!) but that was far too late and was really hard!! Haven't got anything yet don't really know what stuff we will need besides a bit of pink as have it all from my son, but will prob start looking soon!! :-)

Had my GTT and everything fine so that's good!! Nothing else really happening just plodding along and counting down the days until I leave work!! 6 wks to go yay!!! When is everyone else leaving??? I am going at 35wks, 3 wks annual leave ready to start mat leave at 38wks!! (Can't work much later than that have to have last day by 36wks annual leave or mat leave in my job!!!)
Can't quiet belive it's November already and I am sitting here with a massive bump nearly 30wks pregnant!!!! :-) it has flown by!!!!

How is everyone else???

To be honest I don't really know where to start!!! My son is only one so we have quite a lot already but really need to get organised!!!! Has everyone packed their hospital bag yet?? What did you pack?? I really can't remember what I took but I can remember what I didnt need.....if that makes sense??

How is everyone???

Hi all, hope that everyone is doing ok and all pregnancies are progressing well.
Can't believe I've reached 31 weeks!! I think I have a little footballer or kickboxer inside me!! He is very very active and loves listening to his Daddies voice, my partner Ben reads to him some nights and he loves it, bless!!
I complained to the hospital about the sonographer being rude, and a formal apology was made to me, apparently he didn't mean it, but he didn't want to come out with technical jargon (how can you because you have a high BMI be technical jargon?!) but apparently he was told off because they aren't meant to be like that anyway.
Take care everyone, and hope that you all have a Merry Christmas and a great New Year!!!! xxxxxx

Congratulations Joanna!!
Hope that everyone is well. I am still waiting for my little monkey to be born!! He was due on the 18th of Feb, but still nothing! I've had 2 sweeps done, a load of Braxton hicks, and just 2 practice contractions (a week in between!! lol!!) So i'm being induced tomorrow! I've tried everything to get this birth going naturally, but NOTHING works!! Apparently, it isn't medically proven, but in the experience of people, midwifes, doctors etc pcos can stop SOME ladies labours from starting naturally, so it could be that, or I just have a very awkward little boy!! Let you know how it goes, take care all, and best wishes xxx
