Right then ladies!!! 2 weeks & 2 days to go to the Leeds 1st Meet!!! Woo-Hoo!!!

Looking forward to meeting you all. Here's the info, mail me at leeds@verity-pcos.org.uk if you need any help or anything.

Main Info:
Fri 25th July 2008 @ Starbucks, Borders on Briggate in Leeds @ Noon.

Sat Nav Info:
For those of you who might need the address for Sat navs or whatever:
94-96, Briggate, Leeds, West Yorkshire LS1 6NP

Car Park... I would recommend "The Light"
http://www.thelightleeds.co.uk/carpark

Directions:
Ok... directions!
These are from the train station:

- Exit the train station out the main doors (with Marks & Spencers on your right & Paperchase on your left)
- Go left - go to the end and go right over the traffic lights
- Go down this road (Boar Lane) - you should see a few pubs along here, BHS should be on your left, Wok Mania/Spice Mania should be on your left)
(If you reach the Corn Exchange (huge round building!) then you know you've got too far!)
- Go left on to Briggate (this is about 3-5mins walk and is about the 2 main road) - There's a Mc Donalds on the corner of Briggate
- Borders is situated all the way at the opposite end and is on your right. (It's opposite another Starbucks!!!)
- The coffee shop is on the next floor up at the front of the shop.

These are from The Light Car Park/Shopping Mall:
- Exit the Light via the exit which leads on to Albion Street (you'll have confetti on your right, Mikey on your right, Philip Stoner on your right)
- Go right (this is Albion Street)
- First left on to The Headrow
- Then after about 3-5mins you'll see Briggate on your right (Muji & McDonalds will be on your left and Burtons/DorothyPerkins on your right)
- Borders is situated on your left about 5 shops down (It's opposite another Starbucks!!!)
- The coffee shop is on the next floor up at the front of the shop.

I'll be there before the time, so will make sure I'm on the look out for peeps!!! I'm gonna aim to sit at the long big table - I've put a piccie of myself at the bottom just incase it's not obvious who I am!!!

I've checked the old thread... there should be about 11 of us!!! Wow!!!

Really looking forward to meeting you all :-)

If don't mind driving and know your way around Leeds, I'd go for the car! Hate public transport!!! - although... I'll be coming from Bradford too (although, going to work with hubbie first, so getting a lift)

Hi all :)
Looking forward to it!

Don't want to be a killjoy but please use the train unless you REALLY know Leeds - once you're on "The Loop" you can't get off
No seriously, my dad's been here oooooo 25 years and still gets stuck in the one way system... You're ok while you're going the right way but if you miss a turning that's it!

OK OK, slightly melodramatic but I hate getting stuck or lost and I'm only the passenger!

(Enjoy the French cafe  )

I know Leeds a little bit and will borrow hubbies satnav so think I will stick with the car.....I don't fancy negotiating the train on my own with a buggy, it doesn't sound like fun!!!
