six years and at last an understanding doctor

Hi Girls
A couple of weeks ago i joined this web site looking for some support. I found that there are other people in the same position as me. I was having a really hard time well i still am but at least i can see a little bit of light at the end of the tunnel. After writing a message on this web site, I was encouraged to see another GP about my pcos which i have had for six years with out any treatment. Well today i have been to see another GP about my problems she was really understanding. she spent time talking to me about the problems and how i was feeling. At last i have been referred to see a specialist. She was so nice and listened to me as i have stuggled to come to terms with having to change my lifesytle. I just want others to know there are nice doctors out there. Don't just give up and live with the condition like i have been doing for six years. That was to long. I am not sure what information i should write down as i have quite a lot of the smyptoms eg spoting, excessive hair, loss of hair on head, spots, being over weight, mood swings, tired all the time no matter how much i sleep, and worst of all insulin resistance. what should i write down . thanks for reading this.

keep smiling :)
