Gluten/wheat and dairy free

I posted a few months ago that I was reading 'The Period Repair Manual' by Lara Briden.

For the last 8 weeks I have followed a wheat/gluten and dairy free diet to see if it will aid with PMS and also heavy flow. I have started to see results and think I have also lost some weight too.

It is quite hard as I am also a vegetarian, so my diet is now very restrictive. It gets easier though and there are so many more options for special diets. Pizza Express even do a dairy and gluten free pizza.

It may not be the answer for everyone and also by introducing both at once I have no clue which is benefitting me. Have also ramped up the zinc and magnesium rich foods too, which also aid PMS symptoms.

Worth considering...?
