Hi ladies I have PCOS but am positive I have endometriosis aswell I have severe pain in my loser back legs groin pelvis and thighs I have this everyday and I've had it for about a year now doctors don't know what it is. Can anyone help with regards to pain killers ways to help or even treatment is the pain treatable. I'm also really worried because if I have both I probably won't be able to have kids and I'm only 23 :(

to confirm you have endo you need a laparascopy by an endo specialist not a general gynae. i had multiple surgeries under a great surgeon in Manchester. i also saw a great pain specialist. i had naproxen tramadol and oramorph. also had acupuncture. happy talk to you if that would help.
had the lot pcos endometriosis, adenomyosis and fibroids. now in early surgical menopause.
