PCOS and oestrogen dominance?

Postby grace » Wed Jul 22, 2015 9:11 pm

Hello ladies..... is there anyone out there suffering from menopausal problems that you suspect could be due to excess oestrogen?
Since I reached 'that age' I seem to be experiencing one problem after another and all of them seem to point to some sort of hormone imbalance - to name just a few: uterine polyps, post menopausal bleeding, fibroids, thickened endometrium, dense breasts, fibrocystic breasts and vaginal atrophy. Before the menopause I had none of these problems.
I am very worried that I could be suffering from what is known as oestrogen dominance and wondered if there may be a connection with this and PCOS. Has anyone else come across this?
