Registrations are now open for Verity's next PCOS Conference, which will be held on Saturday the 12th of November 2011 at the Hilton Hotel in Cardiff.

Here's an overview of the day:

Intro to PCOS
This session will set the groundwork for the day, giving you an overview of PCOS and how it affects you on a daily basis

Long term outlook for PCOS
Does PCOS affect you during menopause and beyond? How does the condition change during different stages of our lives?

PCOS Research
The low down on the latest research that is being undertaken around the country on PCOS

Skin, hair and acne[b]
Why do PCOS women have excess hair, acne and hair loss? Will it ever go away, and if I don't have any of these now, will I later in life?

[b]Can alternative therapy help?

Can supplements and super foods get your PCOS under control? What natural remedies are proven to help?

Diet and nutrition for all PCOS women
Does a change in diet help slim women with PCOS? And if you are trying to lose weight, which diet really is best?

Getting to grips with your hormones
Is it possible to get your hormones in balance and improve PCOS and which are the hormones to be aware of?
