Postby Premila » Fri Dec 24, 2010 5:19 am

Ladies,

I am doing a live interview on Wednesday 29th December at 10.00am. It will be broadcast on BBC Radio 4 Women's Hour.

I will be talking about infertility in Asian women so listen in if you can.

If any of you would like to have your input so I can make sure I get the right message accross, please PM or e-mail me.

Thanks

a somewhat nervous Premila

Hi Premila
I heard you on the radio and think you did a great job. I imagine it was nerve wracking but you sounded good. I'm not ttc/never will and am white so couldn't offer anything on your first message re the topic but just wanted to say well done x

Ended up also doing an impromptu interview for BBC Essex while I was there. This time all about Verity and PCOS.

Think the studio manager wanted to grab the opportunity whilst he could.

Not sure when it will air but he mentioned next Monday

Hi Premila

My Mum told me she had heard the interview and found it very interesting so I listened again from the Radio 4 website. It's great that you're raising awareness of PCOS and the cultural issues discussed were very interesting. It gave me hope to hear that OD worked for you as i'm currently waiting to have it done. Well done.
