Postby RAH » Sat Apr 18, 2009 5:36 pm

Verity's 'PCOS Fertility Workshop 2009' will be held at the lovely Jury's Inn, London, five minutes walk from East Croydon Station. We are focusing the entire day on fertility and keeping the numbers small and intimate to encourage healthy discussion between delegates and speakers.

Places are limited to 30, so if you are interested register quickly to secure your place.

Partners welcome (and encouraged!)

PCOS and your fertility
Prof. Stephen Franks, Professor of Reproductive Endocrinology
Professor Franks' workshop will look at the latest developments of current and upcoming fertility treatments and how they relate to PCOS including clomid, IVF and IVM

Fertility and complementary therapies
Dr Davinia White
Dr White will take delegates through different forms of complementary medicine and therapies and how they can be used to help in the TTC journey

Session TBC
Speaker TBC
Depending on speaker availability, this session will either be an introduction to PCOS to set the scene for the day, or a session on access to fertility treatment and funding

What to expect while your trying to conceive
Kate Brian, Author, Journalist and Trustee of INUK
Kate will discuss what to expect along the path to parenthood (both in terms of treatment and changes in your relationship) and take you through available support

Hi there

I'm possibly interested in coming along to this - but wanted to find out a bit more info before I sign up...

We're not TTC yet - early next year probably - does this matter (my thinking was the more I know, the better prepared I am).

With that in mind, will there be any other fertility workshops later in the year?

And finally -are there still places left?

Thanks in advance! Gnomes
