Hey Blossom, I've added you to my little list (of the two of us lol) and hopefully we'll get some other buddies!

I figured after last time that it really makes no odds whether I talk about it or not, so this time around I will just enjoy each day for as long as it lasts! So sorry to hear of your miscarriages - so hard at the best of times but when you struggle to get pregnant it's just a massive kick in the face.

Are you booked for an early scan or anything? Have you managed to have hcg tests or just left alone with your pee stick!

Look forward to getting to know you too xx

Hi dudders, arrh bless..love the list makes it look real seeing it written down like that!

I am under a private miscarriage clinic and they want to see me a 7 weeks for early scan but up until then i have been left alone. Due to the miscarriages i am able to go straight to the local nhs epu for an early scan anytime from now (6 weeks) but we have decided to wait until next week and been seen in a nicer environment if all is to go wrong again and also more chance of seeing a bit more at 7 weeks then 6. i would seriously be a wreck if we went at 6 weeks and it was a bit early for a heartbeat. How about you, are you seen for an early scan or anything? Are you under a clinic for fertility ?

Are you still testing? And enjoying seeing your lines getting darker or looking at "pregnant 1-2"?

Do you have any symptons? Reached a milestone today of 6 weeks...

Oh bless you - I don't blame you for holding on and going to the nicer place. Some of these places can be a bit cold - I still remember the very flat "I'm sorry" and nothing else when they scanned and our baby had no heartbeat. A bit of feeling wouldn't go amiss!

I'm not technically under a clinic at all - the Lister where I had IVF had written me off last year. I returned to my former clinic and they are fantastic lovely people but just so busy and rushed I can't get any straight answers out of them. Plus having already sunk around £20k in to IVF we're pretty skint! I didn't have scans this month on the Tamoxifen - I had them the previous month because we were trying to go ahead and use our frozen embryos - which unfortunately none of them survived.

Are you on any meds for the mcs - presumably you've had your clotting tests etc?

Although it was "only" one mc, because of the circumstances my GP is helping to try and get me an urgent referral to a consultant to see whether I need Clexane or anything. It's an infuriating catch 22 though because they won't book me with the consultant until I've had some form of scan which they refuse to do before 6/7 weeks. But if I don't see someone I may not get that far - stupid bureaucracy!

Due to last year's events. even though my hpt on Friday was a seriously faint line, I went and had a blood test so we can make decisions quickly about meds and what care I should be receiving. That was 67.3 at 11dpo which is apparently a very strong result. My level last year was 152 at 15dpo even with the two in there - so who knows where this is going. I had another blood test yesterday but awaiting results.

Symptoms, had nausea on and off since Friday which gives me much more faith than last year when I had no symptoms whatsoever. I don't actually feel sick but keep gagging! How weird is it that this gives me comfort lol xx

Thats great you got promising symptoms and definately makes you feel better that all is progressing well. Great you got a good blood test reading at 11dpo - maybe twins again for you that would be amazing after what you have been through. I was told 10pc chance of twins for me with it being a clomid baby and definately have better more obvious symtoms then the last pregnancys.

When will you find out the result of your second blood test?hope its risen loads.

Yes agree about going where you feel more comfortable esp when you havent had good news in the past even if it means paying for it. And yes have had loads of tests for clotting which all came back as normal. but I take metformin, junior asprin and since bfp cyclogest so a few things aswell as all the vitamins etc! hope you get your meds sorted out quick and hope a referral comes quickly with how they going to manage you.

Went to gp tonight to report the pregnancy, she has dated me at 6 weeks 6 days and I am pretty sure its 6 so I will stick with 6 for now! Hope your doing ok

My second result came in - 329! :o

I feel much more comfortable that things are healthy this time so I'm not going to stress about the medications - I have an early scan booked for 29th May at 6+3 and the consultant will have a quick chat with me. Then proper consultant appointment next month. I suppose thinking about it, I could have fibbed - just given my LMP date and I could probably have a scan now lol. But that would just cause hassle and stupid people telling me the pregnancy isn't viable and stuff when I know my true dates! As you know from your GP they don't really listen and don't know what they're talking about!

I'm on aspirin too, but nothing else at the mo, well apart from my vitamin of course.

Hope you're feeling well today xx

Excellent news re your blood test result, really pleased for you! Exciting. Not too long to wait for your scan now then and least you know you got it booked in so you can do the countdown.

Nothing much to report today just soooo tired and on and off waves of nausea.

Hope your still on a high today.

Your scan is sooner! Excited for that for you.

Less nauseous this afternoon but was this morning. Was gagging earlier this evening though - the air freshener squirted at me, bloody automated things lol.

A bit cross really. I've long used another forum as I found it first and there tended to be more info there. But a couple of us are newly pregnant after losses but only have the choice of posting with people waiting for scans who have never lost (and of course I hope they never will) or those that have lost but are well in to their second trimester, giving birth or already have babies. One of the girls set up a thread for us and they've locked it and basically said we just have to use the others. How nice! Oh well, stressing won't help!

Hi Blossom,

You've gone quiet - I hope it's not for bad reasons I really do. I wouldn't usually dare say such a thing, but I know it's always a possibility. It looks like my pregnancy will be unviable - all my symptoms disappeared early on Saturday morning and I had a feeling something had changed. I paid for bloods today and received the news that they were about double what they were last Monday. It's not totally over, but realistically it's inevitable. I really hope that things go well for you xxx

Hi dudders I am sorry been a bit quiet for few days wasnt intentional just a busy weekend, had planned to write you a post this evening but you beat me to it! I am so sorry to read your news though and really hope its not the end for you. Your symptoms were so strong and positive Its a bit of a shock. What happens now do they want to repeat the bloods? Really hope the results were somehow wrong. Please keep me posted with how you get on and got everything crossed.

Afm just plodding along and waiting, everything "seems" ok but wont know until the all important scan. Should be 7 weeks tomorrow. Anyway wont bang on about me as the last thing you want to hear when you are up in the air. Dont worry about thinking the worst for me with my track record it woukdnt be a surprise and just waiting for that I am sorry no hb line.

Keep me posted hun, thinking of you.

hi dudders,

how are you doing hun, i hope you are ok? have you had anymore scans or blood work done?

Afm thought i would update you incase you were wondering. i had my early scan today and pleased to say we have a baby in there with a beautiful flickering heartbeat - so happy it doesnt seem true. measured a few days behind what i thought i should be but they didn't seem worried. have been so anxious, they took my blood pressure and it was through the roof so much so they wouldn't let me leave the premises until it had come done to reasonable level!!! Still in shock and maybe this might be the bean that makes it through, I am still in shock to be honest. i will be seen again in just under 2 weeks so another anxious and exciting wait for another scan.

Been thinking of you and hoping for the best for you x

Further bloods have shown a rise but nowhere near where they should be. Not holding out any hope, scan now on Tuesday if I don't miscarry beforehand x
