Anyone want to join me? Thought I'd be brave and start this thread.
I'm 7w1d today, so my due date should be 23rd July. Early days so still very nervous and can hardly believe I finally got my BFP. Looking forward to sharing my experiences with some lovely ladies.

Kats x

Hello well done for being brave! I kept thinking about it so will of course join you. I am 6w 4d according to the scan I had the other day, EDD 27th July. Exciting times! I am terrified but trying to enjoy it too. Keep getting twinges today I think I did too much at work but I've had cramps all the way through so hope it's all ok.

How are you feeling? X

Hi Jaffa.

I was hoping few ex clomid buddies would join! How are you feeling? Sorry I should probably remember this but do you have any children already?

I already have a daughter, but this pregnancy seems quite different. I have nausea almost all day, mornings are a bit better but in the evening I just have to rest on the sofa. I didn't get any nausea last time so I don't know if it's due to me still taking met or just different. Anyway I try not to complain as I have waited to be pregnant for long time! Do you get any nausea?
I think twinges are quite normal as everything needs to stretch!

Do you have a midwife appointment? I was surprised my surgery were very organised and booked me one for Monday, which seems quite early, but I'm excited.

Hope we get some more ladies joining?

Hi Kats
This is my first ever pregnancy so I'm terrified! I feel ok most if the time, just tired and sick now and then. I had a scan on Tuesday with the fertility doctor and have another next Friday which is nice. Not everyone will get a scan at 6 and 8 weeks i know. I have a nurses appointment to register my pregnancy next Wednesday so I guess a midwife appointment will follow after that.

I hope you feel less sick soon. Hope more ladies join too!
X

Thank you MrsB. Yes it's so nice that there have been quite a few BFPs on clomid thread recently. I must say I have been stalking you on May/June thread a bit to see how things were going...lol. Sounds like everything is going well for you.

Thank you Mandy. Doesn't seem that long ago you got your BFP, but you are over 20 weeks now! Hope you are feeling well.

Jaffa - lol you are not phoney clomid buddy!! I got my BFP without clomid too, but I love clomid buddies thread too. That's great you get two early scans. I had one last Monday which was great. One good thing about fertility treatment is that you get to have an early scan and don't have to wait until 12 weeks. Hope you are feeling well? x

Hi Katss
Yesterday I felt pretty rough but I did a 12 hour day at work and then had to stand on the train all the way home I nearly cried! Still in bed now I feel a lot better. Have a birthday pub lunch with the family I think they are going to guess :-/ They are super supportive though so I don't mind telling them, just think its still early days.

How are you doing? Hope you get a relaxing Sunday xx

Welcome Tinker - congratulations on your BFP. I think I could only believe my BFP when I went for my early scan last week. Looking forward to sharing our experiences here.

Jaffa - 12 hour day! I think you deserve a medal for that! Hope you got lots of rest over the weekend. Sleep is also my friend at the moment as it really helps with nausea. I guess you are looking forward to another scan on Friday? Did you tell your family over the weekend?

I'm 8 weeks today. Saw the midwife first time on Monday, it was an hour long appointment as there's so much paperwork to complete. Gave me my pregnancy folder so it feels like it's really happening!

Take care,
Kats x

Welcome tinker and congrats! it'll be nice getting to know each others stories.

Yes managed to get some rest on Sunday and I had to tell family in the end as I ended up crying in the pub over a silly comment so MIL then announced "don't mind poor Jen she's just hormonal" so then everyone knew! Oh well. She was just excited. I am very excited for Friday and after scan I have an appointment to tell the GP I am pregnant (oops should prob have made this appointment sooner but oh well!) Cant wait for a midwife appointment I never even thought I'd get to this point so that will be soooo exciting!

Hope your nausea gets better, mine seems to be on and off so I'm surviving. What's next for you girls?
Xx
