I've never heard of OD for management. It carries its own risks and is usually done as a last case because it can cause scarring on the ovaries and that can cause problems. Unfortunately pain around the ovaries is another delightful side effect of PCOS, I get it quite a lot and have been told its probably cysts bursting. Some times it's so bad I cant drive and once it happened when I was unloading the dishwasher and I doubled up in pain, dropping all my bowls and smashing them :roll: Oh joy!
