I just thought I would ask everyone for a bit of advice and support really, I'm 25, diagnosed with PCOS since I was 16 ish, I've been with my partner for a year now and we are TTC, I don't take any medications, never have, my periods are quite irregular, I have had 3 this year one after another, then nothing for a few months, but is there any hope of conceiving without medication? or would meds be the best option

Yes, don't focus on your periods too much as you can ovulate without one and having a period doesn't mean you are ovulating, may be worth looking at the fertilityfriends website to chart your temperature as it is the only accurate way with pcos. Also get your partners diet really good as a 1/3 of fertility issues are now men!
