I have always had irregular periods but only found out I have PCOS in June this year after an ultrasound. I've been off the pill since March and had 2 periods so far (26th March then 13th May). Currently on day 86 and waiting for AF to arrive. I have been having blood tests and things for over 12 months and my GP has prescribed me with clomid which I can start as soon as AF arrives. Trying not to get stressed out but this is one very long cycle!

I went back on Clomid last year and fell pregnant the first cycle but unfortunately it ended in early miscarriage. Since then I have been plagued with chest infections and developed a DVT so had to hold off on TTC. On Monday I had ovarian drilling so am just praying this works as this is the last thing we can get on the NHS. Am on Metformin 1000mg and have lost 2.5 stone since I fell pregnant last year. I am now the same weight I was when I was pregnant with my son. I am back to temping and will be starting back with my OPKS again soon. Does anyone know when I might expect to OV? Weirdly enough I got a natural AF just before the op and was on CD 6 when I had the op so hoping this might mean good things.
