rupturing cysts?

Postby karlalouise » Sat Nov 01, 2014 9:41 pm

The other day i ended up in a&e with severe pain in the lower abdomen and in my left side in the area of my ovarie.
Although at first it was thought to be a misscarriage it later transpired to be a cyst rupturing!!!
I was not even aware this could happen.. ?!?!!! Has anyone ever had this happen to them? X

Hi Karlalouise!

When I was pregnant I had a 7cm cyst and they told me that could rupture...said it would be very painful and gave me a print out to carry with me to give to the hospital if it burst. Fortunately it didn't. Hope you're ok xxxx
