Extreme tiredness

Hi all

I am at my wits end.
I sleep, but my sleep is ALWAYS disturbed - I never knowingly wake up but I have about 3-4 vivid memorable dreams EVERY night. I have done some reading and also monitored myself with sleep cycle app and found this is because I am not getting very much(if any) deep sleep.
This comes and goes but have had it for over 2 months now.
I feel more tired when I wake up than when I go to bed. I sleep 10+ hours a night and it still doesn't help. I can't focus at work. I feel dizzy a lot of the time.

What can I do???
I have heard this is linked to PCOS and even heard it can develop into full M.E so am very worried.

Any advice would be massively appreciated.
I am on Yasmin for other symptoms and can't take metformin as suffer with IBS

Lack of vitamin d can cause tiredness, which I believe is linked to diabetes / insulin resistance so isn't directly linked to pcos as not everyone suffers from this so I would try having more food rich in vitamin d to see if that makes a difference. It may also be related to your bedtime routine stimulating you brain do make sure you have an hour before bed with no tv etc, also perhaps try yoga or meditation to help you wind down.

i have found i sleep better when i exercise, i am not good at keeping this gooing but it definately has an effect!
also, in times of stress, such as now after i have lost my Mum, i take night time rescue remedy, it seems to help me. hope you settle into a beter sleep pattern soon,
ps i find intercourse helps too last thing at night!!
