I am at my wits end.
I sleep, but my sleep is ALWAYS disturbed - I never knowingly wake up but I have about 3-4 vivid memorable dreams EVERY night. I have done some reading and also monitored myself with sleep cycle app and found this is because I am not getting very much(if any) deep sleep.
This comes and goes but have had it for over 2 months now.
I feel more tired when I wake up than when I go to bed. I sleep 10+ hours a night and it still doesn't help. I can't focus at work. I feel dizzy a lot of the time.
What can I do???
I have heard this is linked to PCOS and even heard it can develop into full M.E so am very worried.
Any advice would be massively appreciated.
I am on Yasmin for other symptoms and can't take metformin as suffer with IBS
