Hey hon, I'm also in the PCOS and Endo club, and totally understand your pain.
I haven't had a hyst, but I do know a few ladies who have and from what I know of their experiences you are not alone. When you had your hyst did they use diathermy to destroy the adhesions or did they excise them? I had a lap 2 months ago for extensive adhesions and they used diathermy - already my pain is coming back. Unfortunately, excision is recommended, but as you probably already know, but most Docs can't do it.
Have you visited the Endo-Resolved website? There is loads of information on there, and the ladies on the forum are virtual experts in treatment and management of endo. There is also so information about the endo-diet which loads of ladies have success with.
I hope you get something sorted honey, and don't worry about your GP. I always worried I would do my GPs head in, but a few weeks ago my slightly tipsy friend (who is a GP herself and knows what I have) cried and said she hates seeing what I have to deal with, but as a GP there isn't much they can do themselves.
Good luck honey, I hope things pick up for you soon xxx
