Pain in lower stomach

Postby ellenholmes » Mon Aug 15, 2011 4:13 pm

Don't know if I put this in right place. The last 2 days I have been getting alot of pain in lower stomach. Not sure it is that I am coming on. Also when I sit down it's not very comfortable as well. I am going to toilet fine. Not sure what else it is. I am hoping the met increase has started the cogs in motion for AF. Anyone else experienced this

I get back ache if I have an upset tum (my back ache is almost a warning for it actually). I also get it if Ive done something at the gym that has aggrevated my back. Do you get back ache when AF is here?
