Hey there,

suffering particularly in one hip at the moment and wondered whether anyone else got pain in their hips. It started at my time of the month, but has carried on for over a week now. It comes and goes, is usually worse when cold and feels better if I spread my legs in an unladylike position rather than sit prettily! It can be difficult going up and down stairs and sometimes bending down is difficult.

Anyone else had this?

i do. i have hypermobiltiy and suffer pains in my hips and knees. like you i find it hard going up and downstairs and when bending down it hurts. the worst pain i get in my hips is when i have being walking for a while then it feels like the bones are grating together which although doesn't hurt it feels very uncomfatable when it happens.
