Sore nipples???

Strange topic I know sorry just need advice and cant get in to see gp!...

over the last few weeks have been getting sore nipples for a few days then it goes away. they feel like i am being stabbed/pulled/hit for about 5 mins then it goes and comes back, its like that all day and night. they are also really tender to touch. i have never ever had periods, never ovulate and I am not on any hormone treatments to help me ovulate. have been on the same pill for over 2 years and its only a minipill so no hormones to contend with, keep them at steady rate....

any ideas??
