Moody?

Hi all just wanted to ask is anyone really moody, i know its a funny question but i feel like a moody teenager sometimes it can be anytime i just get snappy irritable or really moody and i hate it.

My mum has been staying with me cos i havent been well and my partner has worked nights and shes really good and helps out but she really been irritating me im like it all the time i feel bad snapping at her cos i love her to bits and shes been a great help, but even when i am well im the same. Any ideas x

Mood swings are a side effect of PCOS so its not just because you are being 'moody' it is the imbalance of hormones that does this!!
