hi ive had pcos for 26 years ive half of both ovaries took away i have a blocked fallopian tube and scar tissue on the other also i have high familal cholesterol what i want to know is my sugar levels were 9.2(uk)today should i be worried as i take 500mg metformin twice a day already

Have you been tested for insulin resistence or diabetes? Metformin can help if you are IR but isnt enough if you are diabetic possibly (my mum is diabetic and has insulin and metformin as just metformin isnt enough). Are you doing blood monitoring currently as the levels can go up and down and they normally do it over a period of time to get an average.
