Have I been mis-diagnosed ? :/

I had a glucose supression test about 6 months ago and my doctor has only just picked up that my glucose levels 2 hours after were 16.5. I have now been diagnosed with Impaired Glucose Tolerance. When I got home from see my doctor I logged onto the internet to find out more about it and ended up on the NHS-choices website. According to this website, If you have IGT, the amount of glucose in your blood will be:

•6 - 7 mmol/l before the test
•7.9 - 11 mmol/l two hours after the test

Mine was higher at 16.5!
I kept reading and the next thing it said was: If you have diabetes, the amount of glucose in your blood will be:

•more than 7 mmol/l before the test
•more than 11 mmol/l two hours after the test

Does this mean I have Diabetes NOT Impaired Glucose Tolerance?
Could I possibly have been mis-diagnosed?
life is full of endless, relentless, grinding dissapointments!!!
