I get one every year and haven't had the Flu since I started having them. This years vaccine includes the swine flu so personally i think it is worth having. I usually get a sore arm for a couple of days and just feel a bit off but no real problems. Ann

I get offered the flu jab as I have asthma
I never got it this year as I was unwell after getting it last year

hi
i had mine this year as i have got type 2 diabetes and was 8 months pregnant at the time i felt fine with it just a bit of a sore itchy arm but i would definatley have it done!!
