I've been feeling very tired more than normal and craving sugary sweet things. My GP hasn't done a fasting glucose test, will the gynecologist do one on wednesday or should i ask for one?

sorry to be a pain, just don't want to miss anything as I just want to be sorted out now.

thanks girls x x

Hi,

You can always ask for one it wont hurt. or you could buy a blood glucose monitor and when you feel tired etc test your blood and see whats happening at that moment.

It could be your metformin making your blood glucose go too low and he may need to adjust the dose, or you may need to adjust your diet so that youre eating foods that keep your blood sugar more steady.

Hope this helps a little.
