i think its bad i read somewere that caffine stiulates the bad hormones

It's bad, I don't know if it's like the fizzy drinks butnif so it's very bad. It's a simulate so it's bad. I love the fizzy drinks n now I'm just having one a week that's my treat n I'm not really into sweet as before but now I'm drinking more glasses of water n I really quiet into crisp bad I know evil.

It should only be decaff coffee. If you are diabetic then you can only drink decaff, caffine dones something to the blood sugar or something so just stick to decaff. Its more the insuline side rather than PCOS.
