Got 2 mins to complete a survey on PCOS workshops?

Hi Ladies,

We have just published a survey to get your feedback on the feasibility of running smaller workshop type events throughout 2009 rather than two big conferences.

The idea is that the we will hold two to three workshops on a set subject, i.e. a full day on fertility, or a full day on nutrition etc.

If you have two to three minutes, we would appreciate if you could please complete the survey (even if it's not of interest - we need to know that as well!) so that we may decide how to plan out 2009.
