First time - A week early with chronic migraine

Postby Pinkmuffin » Thu Aug 20, 2015 4:30 pm

Hello,
I am a chronic migraine suffer with pcos. I have never In My life come on my period early. Today I came on 7 days too early and it's making my migraine a living hell. Anybody got any clue on why the body decides all of a sudden to come on too early. My neurologist has put me on iron supplements and I'm wondering if it's that?

I am eating well and exercising when my migrainous vertigo allows me by walking the dog. I'm not on any prescribed medication. I do have maca root and cinnamon to help my pcos but I've not a clue if it's helping.

I am thinking about going on the mini pill ( cannot go on combined due to migraine) but I'm not sure which is best for my pcos and my migraine.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Sam
