Soooooooo first Im new ... hello Everyone! I was diagnosed with PCOS when I was 25, Im 33 now and my weight has bounced around, I recently lost 3 stone but now at a bit of a stand still and need a boost. Im going to start the Cambridge diet on Monday and see how I get on, I know its going to be hard and ill feel awful BUT not as awful as if I never have kids and not as awful as when I try on clothes and hate the way I look.

I got on the scale last week and it said 12, 13 1/2 but Im sure Im closer to 13,1 ..... Im going to do this for 9 weeks and see how I get on!

Is anyone else doing this / give me some tips / support lol

How are you doing?

Actually one of the Verity experts said this diet was ok in the short term for ladies that need to lose weight.
