Hi democrazy, how is WW? I've completely fell off the wagon and not even lost a pound. With my depression I'm finding it hard to get started? I almost feel like giving up and just accepting me but I know I won't be happy with that. Any advice?

Hi I am starting to slow down with the weight loss!! Butstill going to meetings and trying. There will be a new leader next week. Would one walk outside a day, even around the block do us good? Are there any ppl you can link up with in person? Think everyone really needs support. Are you on the e source? There are some videos on there. We cannot give up, we can do it!!!
-Originally on Metformin 1700mg & Dianette for lack of periods, weight loss and skin from 2005-2012
