After reading Collette Harris's PCOS diet book recommendation for more nuts and seeds I found this in Holland & Barratt. This stuff is brilliant and easily gets a lot of things like Omega 3,6 + 9, zinc, iron, fibre and vitamins into a meal. Have used it in soups, salads, sauces, in shakes and even on toast with butter and jam. Could also be easy to get this slyly into kids food even if they're fussy easters?? Flax seeds are meant to be good for weight loss too :D
